Real World Fitness Score - Overview
We’re excited to announce the release of a new feature on the Prognostogram: the Real World Fitness Score (RWFS). As part of the broader Atropos Evidence Network (more on that here), we’ve developed an algorithm to calculate how well a dataset fits your specific question
The Real World Fitness Score (RWFS)
SCORING - The RWFS is scored from 33 (worst) to 100 (best)
CRITERIA - The RWFS takes into account a number of different criteria and fields to support grading, including - Volume (Intervention), Data Coverage (History and Follow-up), Depth (Diseases and Conditions of Interest), and Breadth (Comorbidities)
FIT TO YOUR QUESTION - The RWFS can be leveraged to understand how well a dataset fits a specific question and used to make informed decisions on which studies to weigh more heavily in your decision-making (clinical, research, etc.)
For Example - You can select multiple datasets during question submission in the Portal and receive in return two Prognostograms with corresponding Fitness Scores...
- Prognostogram on (your) Institutional Dataset - Fitness Score = 85
- Prognostogram on National Dataset #1 - Fitness Score = 54
Given the same PICOT (same question) run on different datasets, you can conclude that your institution's dataset is likely better suited to answer the analysis proposed

We're currently producing Fitness Scores for all NEW Prognostograms. If you would like to know the RWFS of a PREVIOUSLY RUN Prognostogram, please reach out to consults@atroposhealth.com with the Case ID that you want to re-run and we can calculate that score for you
