What data features are available for querying?

Overview

Prognostograms ordered using the Atropos consult service are generated via sophisticated statistical analyses running on large EHR and claims data sets. While some of the features available for our queries vary across data sets (e.g., if our service is running on your organization's data vs. data we procure), this page outlines the types of data that are typically available for use when submitting your questions.

Features which ARE available for querying:

• Demographics (Age, Sex, Race)
• Diagnoses (ICD9, ICD10)
• Procedures (CPT)
• Laboratory results (numeric lab values and categorical results)
• Medications (outpatient and MAR)
• Encounter type (inpatient, outpatient, phone, etc)
• Vitals (HR, BMI, RR, etc)
• Select clinical scores (e.g., CCI, MELD)

Additional features we OFTEN have access to:

• Department information
• Death
• Cost of care (charges, allowed amounts, paid amounts)

Features we RARELY have access to:

• Referral status
• Patient's preferred language
• Provider details (NPI, Name, etc)
• Imaging/Pathology notes
• Blood culture results
• MRNs
• Text from clinical notes
